Elhan Ersoz

Elhan is a research scientist with over 15 years academic & industry experience. Her main interests are around applied quantitative genetics informed by data science for sustainable agriculture and crop improvement.


Maria Villamil

María is an Associate Professor at the Department of Crop Sciences at the University of Illinois specializing in agronomy and soil health. She is a former Chair and current Board representative of the Biometry and Statistical Computing Section of the Agronomy Society of America. María’s research focus on how changes in soil health brought about by agronomic practices relate to carbon and nutrient cycling, crop production, and mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions.
